Currently, I work full time for a major telecommunications company in Baltimore, MD as an Advanced Services Customer Account Executive. I work on troubleshooting and resolving telephony and Internet issues, including connectivity, latency, or email related problems. In addition, I develop databases and webpages to assist with call center initiative, such as tracking tickets and reducing service calls.

On a more limited basis I assist individuals and companies with social media initiatives and technical support. I have worked closely with Folk Media and CURE International in the past and look forward to partnering with more companies in the future.

In May 2010, I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland University College.

I enjoy spending time with my fiancee and friends, attending and serving in my church, rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, reading, and learning. I am always looking for ways to improve myself, both on a personal and professional level, and often apply self-motivation and productivity tactics to my daily life.
